Other Backward Classes certificate: It is a Government of India Classified of Indian Nationals.
In the Tamil Nadu state Government the backward-class people have been classified as
BCs and MBCs. In the central government, there is only one classification called OBCs.
To get an OBC certificate. the individual’s annual income must be Rs. Eight Lakhs and below
